Excellent location, 10min away from Tokyo station, 6 min away from Kyobashi station. Great for people who rely on subway. Room is very small, the bed is a small semi double. The bathroom is small as well but fit people. Cleaning is available as requested. A wide range of amenities, as well as water dispenser, ice machine, vending machine, and laundry-dryer available. Note that the laundry is often occupied by guests.

房間較一般日本這種小房間要大，1.40米的床2個人足夠寬鬆。 服務人員都很客氣，衹有一個人懂中文，其他得靠英文溝通。 地理位置也很好，在銀座逛街購物非常方便。

酒店位置很好，但是房間比較小，好在平時都是在室外活動。服務很到位，見到我都會打招呼，但是我聽不懂（樂），每次換洗的浴巾掛到門口很快就會換來新的。樓下就有711和lawson便利店，買水買吃的都很方便。寄存行李也是很方便！銀座周邊有很多好吃的餐廳，附上兩家個人覺得不錯的餐廳

I stayed at the KOKO Ginza Hotel on their premium floor and it was such a pleasant experience. The location is perfect — right by the main shopping streets, making it a true shopping haven. The hotel is impressively well‑equipped, and I loved the thoughtful choice of brands like the Yaman hair dryer, which was a cool touch.The premium floor perks were delightful: free pancakes in the morning, plus unlimited drinks and snacks that I truly enjoyed. They also stored my luggage, which made things super convenient and helpful. It was my first time here, but certainly not the last — the combination of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities made the stay memorable.

服務不錯，衞生也很好，下了地鐵走了個10分鐘，就到酒店門口了，環境很好，離銀座非常近，酒店門口就有便利店

地點方便，週邊有三個電鐵站，離東京車站也很近，櫃檯英文流利，飯店簡單乾淨，標準小型飯店，客房空間不大。
